5 Issues Affecting Our Youths

The generation we see ourselves today, there are a lot of problems and issues facing everybody, but what many of us are not looking at the issues our youth of these days are facing. The youth of these days are facing a lot of issues and lot things are affecting them.

Today we are going to show you 5 things or should we say issues our youths are facing these days, they are more than 5 more we brought out the most important once we thing is more affecting.

5 Single-parent households

Many kids these days are either living with their single dad or single mom, if they are not staying with their biological mom or dad they will be staying with one relative or the other. This is one thing that affects the mind and thinking of kid growing up. Especially when he or she goes to school and see his friends or classmate with their parents (mom and dad) together, and they are living a life without a dad or a mom. This is not good for a growing child and not all kids can handle this.

4 Alcohol/Drug Abuse

This is one thing youths of these days find themselves into so fast and at an early age too. This is not anything new and it has been something the community and the government have been fighting for a very long time. But most youths do not just go into drugs just like that. Most of they became an addict because of someone who is already an addict, it’s just like they are spreading it or something like if I’m an addict you should be an addict too, and I think the society needs to look into this fast before it gets out of hand.

3 Violence in School

Many kids who are killers and drug addicts, they all started in school, some were because of the violence in school by the teachers, most students grow hatred for teachers and also for their own fellow students. And most of the teachers are not friendly and should is not supposed to be. Teachers are supposed to be the parent's students have in school but that is not the case these days.

2 Materialism

This is one issue that makes or get most of the youth these days into depression, they also want something, maybe because of they are seeing what their friends bought and they want it to, and later found out they don’t really need it. This issue is what parents are supposed to handle very well because youths these days are going into depression faster than before, many of them are even taking their life’s in the process.

1 Economy

This is the greatest issue that youths are facing nowadays, mostly after graduation many youths, most youths don’t get Jobs with their First Class Upper and good grades they still remain Jobless. This makes some youths go into some illegal business, like drugs, cyber crimes and so many other crimes that will end them up dead or in jail. The Economy is not helping the government should do something about this fast, this has made some many youths go into depression and many have taken their lives also.
